We operate a Fragrance EXPERIENCE STUDIO, the first of its kind in Nigeria and Africa, offering a curated selection of rare and sophisticated perfumes. We also run a retail chain known as Salon de Parfum and serve both retail and wholesale customers across perfumes and home fragrance diffusers.

Our focus is niche luxury fragrances, with a strong emphasis on quality, experience, and brand excellence.

Job Summary

The Wholesale Manager will be responsible for driving the growth, distribution, and management of Seinde Signature’s wholesale business for perfumes and diffusers.

This role involves acquiring and managing B2B clients such as retailers, boutiques, spas, gift shops, interior fragrance distributors, and corporate buyers. The goal is to expand market reach, grow revenue, and maintain strong, profitable wholesale partnerships while protecting the brand’s luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Wholesale Business Development
• Develop and execute strategies to grow wholesale distribution of perfumes and diffusers across Nigeria and targeted markets.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new wholesale clients including perfume retailers, boutiques, lifestyle stores, spas, hotels, interior décor companies, and corporate gift buyers.
• Expand Seinde Signature’s presence in both fragrance retail and home scenting (diffusers) markets.
• Build a strong pipeline of high-value wholesale customers.

2. Account Management
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for all wholesale partners.
• Ensure consistent communication, support, and satisfaction across all accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews to drive repeat orders and long-term partnerships.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly wholesale sales targets for perfumes and diffusers.
• Develop pricing structures, trade discounts, and wholesale packages in collaboration with management.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across product lines.
• Track sales performance and provide detailed reports and forecasts.

4. Market Expansion & Intelligence
• Identify new distribution opportunities for perfumes and diffuser products.
• Monitor competitor pricing, product positioning, and market trends in the fragrance and home scenting industry.
• Provide insights to support product development and business strategy.

5. Order & Supply Coordination
• Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth fulfilment of wholesale orders.
• Oversee order processing, packaging requirements, and timely delivery to clients.
• Ensure accuracy in order tracking and stock availability.

6. Brand Protection
• Ensure all wholesale partners maintain Seinde Signature’s luxury brand positioning.
• Enforce pricing guidelines and prevent unauthorized discounting or brand misuse.
• Protect product presentation standards across all wholesale channels.

7. Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of wholesale customers, sales, and pipeline activity.
• Provide regular performance reports and market insights to management.
• Track revenue contribution from perfumes and diffusers separately.

Minimum Requirements & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in wholesale, B2B sales, or distribution
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Good understanding of retail and lifestyle product distribution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong commercial and analytical thinking

Preferred Skills
• Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, luxury retail, or home fragrance (diffusers) industry
• Existing network of retail or corporate buyers is an advantage
• Experience with CRM or sales tracking systems
• Understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer experience
