Job Title: WhatsApp Customer Sales Closer

Location Remote – Work From Home

Work Hours: 8:00am – 10:00pm (with 2 hours total break daily)

‎Off Days: 1 rotating day off every 2 weeks

Role Summary

    • ‎We are hiring a highly responsive, emotionally intelligent and result-driven WhatsApp Customer Service Executive to manage daily customer enquiries from ads and other channels, build trust quickly, guide customers to the right products, and convert conversations into sales.

‎Key Responsibilities

    • ‎Respond to all WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally
    • ‎Convert daily inbound leads from ads into paid orders
    • ‎Guide customers on product selection, especially shade matching for foundation
    • ‎Handle objections confidently and close sales without sounding pushy
    • ‎Follow approved scripts, pricing, delivery information and brand policies
    • ‎Upsell and cross-sell relevant RLG Cosmetics products
    • ‎Maintain accurate follow-up with interested customers until conversion
    • ‎Escalate complaints properly while protecting brand image
    • ‎Keep chat records organized and updated

  • Salary: N140,000 / Month + N8,000 monthly credit allowance.
