Description

NimbleByte Global is recruiting a Technical Recruiter to lead hiring for consultants, software developers, and other roles based on current and forecast business needs. The role also covers day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for consultants, software developers, and other roles
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines, and coordinate screening, interviews, selection, offers, onboarding, and follow-up
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and workplace matters
• Create clear HR processes, performance expectations, reporting routines, and accountability practices

Requirements

• At least 2 years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience with Nigerian contract staffing or international remote hiring
• Previous placements of senior, lead, or staff-level engineers
• Strong spoken and written English
• Experience handling compensation, notice periods, counteroffers, and contractor availability
• Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Hugging Face, Kaggle, and specialist technical communities
