Store Executive Job Summary

The Store Executive is responsible for meeting the store’s overall performance targets in quality and quantity.

The successful candidate will oversee stock, repairs, reports, store organization, and customer support while working closely with Energy Officers and other teams.

Key Responsibilities

📦 Inventory Management

• Receive stock and track inventory from the warehouse.
• Issue stock according to FIFO standards.
• Dispatch stock based on requirements.
• Maintain and update stock cards.
• Keep records of off-the-shelf sales.
• Maintain Goods Received and Goods Issued logs online.
• Conduct daily cycle counts.
• Receive and consolidate faulty stock for disposal.
• Conduct monthly stock takes.
• Manage spare-parts inventory and re-orders.

📊 Reports

• Prepare daily on-hand stock reports for stakeholders.
• Report daily issued-out stock for replacement or replenishment.

🔧 Repairs & Technical Checks

• Manage repair and spare-parts inventory.
• Maintain custody of repair tools and tool kits.

• Perform basic repairs on in-warranty returns.
