Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisors (Quality Officers) to oversee telecom tower maintenance activities across assigned locations.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that maintenance and infrastructure works are executed according to approved quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and structural assessments of telecommunications tower sites.
• Monitor contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams to ensure work is completed in line with approved standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and ensure regulatory compliance across all assigned sites.
• Review maintenance reports, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and completed work documentation for accuracy and quality assurance.
• Identify infrastructure defects, risks, and potential failures, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Verify the quality of maintenance and repair activities to ensure network reliability and minimize downtime.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports, findings, and recommendations to management.
• Ensure all site activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in telecom infrastructure maintenance, site supervision, or quality assurance roles.
• Ability and willingness to climb telecommunications towers for site inspections and assessments.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure maintenance processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and contractor management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 per month.
