What You’ll Lead and Deliver

• Undergo structured training on automation, control, and instrumentation systems used in industrial projects.
• Assist senior engineers in the installation, testing, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of automation and control systems.
• Support site surveys, technical assessments, and data collection under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Gain hands-on exposure to PLC, SCADA, DCS, SIS, and Fire & Gas systems through project assignments and site activities.
• Develop foundational skills in PLC/SCADA programming, testing, and commissioning under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Assist in control system engineering activities and gain exposure to DCS, SIS, and Fire & Gas system implementation.
• Learn to review and interpret engineering documents, including P&IDs, Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Cause & Effect diagrams, control narratives, and control philosophies.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and support communication with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams as required.
• Support engineering teams in monitoring project schedules, site progress, technical deliverables, and assigned tasks.
• Participate in technical training sessions and continuously develop knowledge of automation and control technologies.
• Maintain a strong focus on HSE requirements and safe working practices at all project and customer sites.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
