About the Role

This Customer Support Rep role in Yaba, Lagos is a full-time, hybrid position (once weekly) for a travel brand.

The successful candidate will be a key contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, bookings, and itinerary information. They will handle complaints and general travel-related requests with professional communication and accuracy. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver exceptional service while managing multiple requests.

Requirements

Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any field
1–2 years of experience in customer service, travel consultancy, hospitality, reservations, or a related role
Experience working with a travel agency, airline, hotel, or tourism brand is an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of travel booking and reservation processes
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests efficiently
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling bookings and travel information
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms
Experience with WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, booking platforms, or travel management software is an advantage
Must be professional, patient, organized, proactive, and customer-oriented
