- The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships while promoting our renewable energy products and services.
- This role requires individuals with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for clean energy solutions. Candidates must be self-starters who can thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field marketing activities
- Promote and sell solar energy systems, inverters, batteries, and related renewable energy solutions
- Conduct site visits and assess customer energy needs to recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in renewable energy
- Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years proven sales experience (experience in renewable energy, power solutions, or related industries is an added advantage)
- Strong understanding of solar energy products and power systems is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 per month.
