Sales Executive -Absen Renewable Energy Solutions |Apply Now

  • The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships while promoting our renewable energy products and services.
  • This role requires individuals with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for clean energy solutions. Candidates must be self-starters who can thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field marketing activities
  • Promote and sell solar energy systems, inverters, batteries, and related renewable energy solutions
  • Conduct site visits and assess customer energy needs to recommend suitable solutions
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in renewable energy
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–5 years proven sales experience (experience in renewable energy, power solutions, or related industries is an added advantage)
  • Strong understanding of solar energy products and power systems is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 per month.
