  • KPIs: Identify, recommend, and track key performance indicators in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Business Cases and Models: Develop business cases and financial models for new initiatives, product launches, and strategic projects.
  • Meetings and Presentations: Help facilitate financial review meetings and prepare presentations and supporting documents.
  • Compliance and Security: Follow internal controls, financial policies, and Nigerian banking regulations, and protect all information entrusted to staff.
  • Liaison: Act as a link between finance, IT, risk, and other support departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Scorecards and Performance: Collate data for scorecards, generate and share them with end-users, help resolve scorecard, MIS, expense control, and budget disputes, run performance dialogues, and train staff on scorecards and performance initiatives.
  • Customer Profitability: Prepare customer profitability analysis for relationship managers on request.
  • Special Assignments: Take part in ad hoc projects and other duties assigned by the Business Partner and Head of Finance.
