Fort Knox Outsourcing is hiring a full-time Marketing Associate to support the marketing and commercial activities of Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals in Lagos. The successful candidate will identify market opportunities, support customer acquisition and retention, conduct market research, promote products and services, and help the business meet its revenue targets. Marketing & Business Development

• Support the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Identify and pursue new business and market opportunities.
• Promote the company’s products and services to target customers and market segments.
• Assist in generating leads and converting opportunities into business relationships.

Market Research & Competitor Monitoring

• Conduct market research and gather information on customers, competitors, market trends, and industry developments.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market developments, and provide relevant reports.

Customer Relationship Management

• Support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention activities.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct customer and market visits where required.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer enquiries.

Reporting & Records

• Support the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, proposals, and performance updates.

Teamwork & Promotions

• Work closely with the Sales, Commercial, Operations, and other relevant teams to achieve business objectives.
• Participate in promotional activities, customer engagements, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements for This Marketing Associate Job

• A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and work towards achieving targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate reports.
