Job Title: Marketer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies for the club’s launch and long-term visibility.
- Position the golf and country club as a premium destination for golf, leisure, dining, events, networking, and hospitality experiences.
- Promote the club’s key offerings.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities, target audiences, pricing insights, partnerships, and areas for differentiation.
- Ensure all marketing activities, materials, and communications reflect the club’s brand identity, service standards, and premium positioning.
- Maintain an organized database of leads, inquiries, prospects, partners, corporate clients, and members for proper follow-up and relationship management.
- Identify, engage, and follow up with potential members, corporate clients, event clients, sponsors, partners, and hospitality networks.
- Coordinate presentations, proposals, club tours, site visits, and follow-up communication with prospects and partners.
- Work closely with operations, food and beverage, and guest relations teams to align marketing with the overall customer experience.
- Gather guest and member feedback to improve marketing messages, service delivery, offers, and overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, golf, leisure, lifestyle, events, hotels, clubs, resorts, restaurants, luxury services, or membership-based organizations.
- Strong understanding of hospitality marketing, membership marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, partnerships, and event promotion.
- Good knowledge of premium hospitality, lifestyle branding, and customer experience.
- Excellent writing, communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating campaign plans, proposals, marketing materials, and performance reports.
- Ability to work with designers, photographers, printers, vendors, media partners, corporate clients, sponsors, and internal teams.
- Good knowledge of CRM platforms, email marketing tools, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns, events, and deadlines.
