Job Title: Logistics Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Job Summary

• We are for looking for a logistics manager who knows the courier business from the inside out. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, and improving operational efficiency across our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage courier fleets (Bikes, vans, cars) for same day and scheduled deliveries.
• Optimize delivery routes to reduce costs and improve speed.
• Coordinate real-time dispatch and rerouting during disruptions.
• Track LPIs on time deliveries, RTO rates, cost per stop.
• Lead driver briefings, training, and performance reviews.
• Work with technology teams to improve TMS and tracking tools.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years in logistics management, specifically with courier or last-minute services.
• Hands on experience with route planning, POD systems, and real-time tracking
• Proven ability to reduce late deliveries and operational costs.
• Strong leadership and team management skill.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tracking systems .
• Strong communication and problem- solving skills for fast paced environments.

Salary
N120,000 / Montn
