Description

The Place is recruiting a Junior IT Support Officer to provide technical support across the company in Lekki, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Keep up to date with the latest IT and software trends
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Respond promptly to service issues and requests
• Provide technical support across the company
• Set up accounts for new users (Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
• Repair and replace equipment as necessary
• Test new technology

Requirements

• OND in Computer Science
• 1 year of basic experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is a plus
• Logical thought process
• Ability to stick to strict deadlines
• Ability to work well with people
• Excellent organizational skills
• Willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours
• Enthusiasm for continual learning
