Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage core human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
- Support performance management and staff development
- Coordinate training and employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports and updates for management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in an HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
