Key Responsibilities

Identify and manage influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors for product promotion
Plan and coordinate local advertising, road/outdoor advertising, bus advertising, banners, fliers, and product activations
Develop marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, product visibility, customer engagement, and sales
Conduct market and competitor research and identify new opportunities to reach consumers
Work closely with the Sales team to support product distribution and market penetration
Monitor and report campaign performance, engagement, reach, leads, and marketing ROI
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
3–6 years’ proven experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or FMCG Marketing
Demonstrable experience in digital advertising, influencer marketing, and content creation
Experience with local advertising, road/outdoor advertising, bus advertising, activations, and promotional campaigns
Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behavior
Excellent communication, creativity, copywriting, and storytelling skills
Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other social media/digital marketing platforms
Strong analytical, organizational, and campaign management skills
A portfolio or evidence of previous campaigns and results is an advantage
