Summary

• A reputable 3-star hotel in Port Harcourt is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager to oversee operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations.
• Lead and supervise staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and cost control.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, sales, marketing, and financial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hotel Management Systems (PMS).

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
