Requirements

Candidates should have:

• Experience in full stack web development.
• Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development, databases, APIs, and web application architecture.
• Experience building websites, landing pages, forms, and web applications.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with advertising pixels, analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Knowledge of version control, testing, debugging, deployment, and web security.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code and Replit, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.

Experience with CRM integrations, lead management systems, or internal business applications is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites, landing pages, sales pages, and assessment funnels.
• Build and improve Dokitami’s internal lead management platform.
• Manage lead assignment, tracking, sales reporting, and conversion dashboards.
• Implement and test Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking integrations.
• Maintain backend systems, APIs, databases, authentication, and third-party integrations.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up coding, debugging, testing, and documentation while ensuring code quality and security.
• Test functionality, mobile responsiveness, forms, tracking, and WhatsApp conversion flows.
• Monitor production systems, resolve bugs, and maintain backups and recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Media Buyers, Designers, and other teams to improve digital performance.

Work Arrangement and Expectations

This is a fully remote position with a Monday-to-Saturday work schedule. The developer is expected to remain reachable on Slack during working hours and ordinarily respond to work-related messages within five minutes, except when circumstances reasonably prevent an immediate response.

The role also requires accountability for production reliability, accurate campaign tracking, platform improvements, security, documentation, and timely delivery.

Salary

Dokitami offers a monthly compensation of ₦400,000 for this position.
