We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk / Admin Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
As a Front Desk & Admin Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and handling incoming calls professionally.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings schedules, and interface with clients on daily basis
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and stationery, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Handle petty cash requests, disbursements, and reconciliations accurately.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, letters, and official correspondence.
  • Support administrative processes, including travel arrangements and office logistics.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and procurement.
  • Ensure a professional and secure reception area and office environment.
  • Assist with company events, internal communications, and ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
