Description

Zinajob Synergy is recruiting Factory Workers to handle the daily sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and packaging of garments. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety and hygiene rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Garment Processing: Sort items by fabric type, colour, and cleaning instructions, and identify stains that need special treatment
• Machine Operation: Load and unload industrial washers, dry-cleaning units, and tumble dryers, and mix detergents, bleaches, and solvents safely
• Finishing and Packaging: Iron, press, fold, and package finished items to quality standards
• Maintenance and Housekeeping: Clean and inspect assigned machines daily, keep the work area tidy, and dispose of waste correctly
• Safety Compliance: Wear proper PPE, handle chemical solvents with care, and report equipment faults immediately

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or High School Diploma; vocational training in textile care is a plus
• Ability to stand for long hours, bend, and lift heavy laundry bags or garment carts
• Basic knowledge of fabrics, stain removal, and industrial machine operation
• Good teamwork and communication skills
