Description

Wiseki Technologies is recruiting an Executive Driver to provide safe, reliable, and professional driving services to the CEO and handle official errands and logistics during work hours. The role requires a disciplined, punctual, trustworthy, and responsible person who understands confidentiality and time management. Flexibility may be required based on official engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the CEO to and from work, meetings, official functions, and other approved engagements, with punctual pick-up and drop-off
• Stay on standby during official outings until duties are concluded
• Carry out official errands, including document deliveries, pickups, bank errands, and office logistics
• Make inter-state trips when needed
• Transport official items, packages, or equipment as required
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and roadworthy, and do daily checks (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires)
• Arrange timely servicing, maintenance, and renewal of vehicle documents, and report faults promptly
• Obey traffic laws, drive safely, and avoid phone use while driving
• Keep strict confidentiality about movements, conversations, and official matters
• Resume promptly every day and follow instructions diligently
• Performance is monitored regularly. Negligence, misconduct, dishonesty, or repeated lateness will attract disciplinary action

Requirements

• Between 40 and 50 years old
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a professional or executive driver
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of road networks and traffic patterns
• Experience driving senior executives is highly preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
