  • Monitoring compliance of IST teams and contractors with established procedures, SLAs, KPIs, and company standards.
  • Following up on IST project methodology, quality requirements, and process compliance.
  • Developing, reviewing, and updating IST policies, procedures, processes, and documentation in the Company Management System (CMS).
  • Monitoring implementation of IST procedures in line with Group Information Management and IT standards.
  • Reviewing existing methods and processes and recommending improvements.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventories are maintained in the CMDB.
  • Developing standardized IST email communication templates.
  • Preparing and publishing validated user communications relating to system changes, awareness, major activities, and incidents.
  • Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of the IST intranet, website, and related documentation.
  • Designing and implementing business process improvements using SharePoint, workflows, forms, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Developing applications, automated workflows, and Business Intelligence dashboards using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Monitoring and updating IST website content.
  • Providing second-level technical support to users on Microsoft 365 and Office 365 applications.
  • Coordinating the design, launch, standardization, and reporting of user surveys.
  • Supporting change management initiatives and documenting IST changes and service evolution.
  • Maintaining assigned HSE records and ensuring compliance with applicable HSE requirements.
  • Acting as substitute delegate to the Head of Procedures & Methods when required.
