Description

PNN Group seeks a creative, strategic Marketing Communications Officer job to support initiatives that strengthen the brand and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing communication plans and campaigns
• Create content for social media, websites, email, and other channels
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence
• Develop marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, brochures, and promotional content
• Coordinate content calendars and campaign schedules
• Support product and service marketing campaigns
• Keep the PNN brand consistent across all platforms
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, media partners, and other external stakeholders
• Support events, activations, promotions, and corporate communication initiatives
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research
• Identify ways to improve brand awareness and customer engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years’ experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, corporate communications, or a related role
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns
• Good understanding of branding and marketing principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in digital marketing and content creation tools is an advantage
