Service Dimensions

• Operational availability for medical duties, minimum 8 hours a day (40 hours a week), weekends on a need basis, and emergencies, under the supervision of the Senior Medical Officer, LOS.
• Participation in the Lagos Medical Division Management.
• Active participation in the company’s healthcare planning activities.
• Active participation in Medical Division activities and programs as they arise.

• Consult, diagnose, and treat all staff and their dependents, including authorized contracted personnel in Lagos.
• Conduct twice-daily visits and reviews of in-house hospitalized cases.
• Refer cases requiring specialized attention to external clinics, based on international best practices.
• Submit monthly reports on all activities carried out to the Lagos SMO.
• Counsel patients on health matters and follow up on referral cases.
• Maintain regular contact with external specialists at referral centers.
• Conduct annual medical checks for spouses and retirees, including retiree spouses, and carry out reviews.
• Carry out other ancillary services as requested by the Chief Medical Officer.

• An MBBS, with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Emergency Medicine.
