Key Responsibilities for This Medical Sales Representative Trainee Job

• Sell company products to retail outlets, private hospitals, government hospitals, institutions, and other prospective customers, to achieve agreed KPIs and volume targets.
• Visit hospitals, PHCs, pharmacies, private clinics, laboratories, and distributors according to planned itineraries on the sales software, to promote and secure product sales.
• Develop new customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets, and ensure the commencement of business through adequate sales to meet targets.
• Strictly adhere to the company’s Sales Operation Software, entering all sales and demand generation activities (sales, visits, inventories, etc.) into the system accordingly.
• Collaborate with the assigned manager to plan weekly and monthly work schedules.
• Participate in scheduled CME, FGM, and other demand generation activities necessary to support the business in the assigned territory.

Educational Qualification / Years of Experience

• A BSc or HND in any Science or relevant course.
• Years of experience are not necessary.
