We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Entry Officer / Study Abroad Advisor 

Location: Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt – Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Description

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Data Entry Officer / Study Abroad Advisor to join our growing team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student records, processing international admissions and visa applications, and providing guidance to prospective students seeking educational opportunities abroad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on enquiries and convert prospective students into clients.
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain student information and application data within Zoho CRM.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance on study opportunities in the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other destinations.
  • Prepare, submit, and track student applications to partner institutions.
  • Facilitate admission processing, offer acceptance, and enrolment procedures.
  • Guide students through visa documentation and application requirements.
  • Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and confidential.
  • Communicate professionally with clients through meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Host webinars and other promotional fairs
  • Participate in education fairs, promotional events, school visits, and institutional briefings.
  • Support the promotion and growth of the company’s services and brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Zoho CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Customer service, marketing, or education consultancy experience is an added advantage.
  • Creative writing and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Good understanding of the needs and challenges of prospective international students.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently host webinars, virtual meetings, and online information sessions.
