Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As the frontline representative of our brand, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

– – Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

– Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide timely solutions.

– Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM systems.

– Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.

– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

– Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.

– Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after issue resolution.

– Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to deliver seamless support.

Requirements

— Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

– Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.

– Proficiency in CRM software (Zendesk, Bitrix24, HubSpot, etc.).

– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

– Basic technical troubleshooting skills.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.

– Previous experience in customer service or support roles.

– Multilingual skills are a plus.

– Experience in lifestyle or fintech brand is a plus.
