  • We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Engineers to support our trade marketing and customer engagement initiatives across multiple regions.
  • The ideal candidates will play a key role in driving market penetration, building strong stakeholder relationships, and generating leads within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct regular visits to distributors, dealers, and customers for lead generation
  • Visit construction sites to build a strong database of contractors, civil/structural engineers, and architects
  • Collaborate with sales, brand, and product teams to drive integrated marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key trade partners and stakeholders
  • Design and implement engagement programs for key influencers (contractors, architects, etc.)
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain an active database of site visits and prepare MIS reports
  • Conduct market research to generate actionable insights
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all trade channels
  • Track performance of trade marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) with experience or background in the construction industry
  • Civil Engineers
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and action-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
