**Company Description

Adaxis Media Ltd is a Port Harcourt based media and communications company driving economic visibility and community development in Rivers State. Adaxis Media is the founding media partner of PHEN Port Harcourt Entrepreneurs Network, a weekly community of entrepreneurs, business owners, students, freelancers, investors, and creators building real businesses in Port Harcourt.

PHEN meets every Saturday 4-7PM at Pleasure Park, Port Harcourt. Every week members show up, hold each other accountable, find clients, find partners, and build. We are currently assembling our founding cohort of 10 people who will shape what PHEN becomes.

Role Description

As Community Lead you are the heartbeat of PHEN. You are the first person members see when they walk in and the reason they feel like they belong. You set the tone, protect the culture, and make sure no member is left behind. This is a founding volunteer role you will help build this community from the ground up alongside the founder.

• Welcome members and guests at every Saturday meetup
• Monitor the energy and culture of the group week by week
• Identify members who are disengaging and follow up personally
• Work closely with the founder to protect PHEN’s core values as the community grows
• Serve as the first point of contact for new members joining PHEN

Qualifications

• Based in Port Harcourt and available every Saturday
• Natural connector who genuinely enjoys people
• Emotionally intelligent with ability to manage different personalities
• Believes Port Harcourt deserves a world class entrepreneurial community
• No experience required hunger and consistency are the only prerequisites**
