We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure organizational efficiency
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals
• Supervise departmental activities, staff performance, and operational processes
• Drive business growth, productivity, and operational excellence
• Coordinate logistics, procurement, administration, and project execution activities
• Monitor budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices
• Provide strategic support to executive management and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
• MBA or professional management certification is an added advantage
• 7–10 years senior management/operations experience
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in Logistics, Oil & Gas, Marine, or Corporate Operations is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
• Must be smart, proactive, and result-oriented.
