• Odixicity Consulting is recruiting a Field Marketer for a full-time role in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. In this role, you will directly engage with customers and partners in the field to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives — serving as the face of the brand at events, trade shows, and customer touch points.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Planning: Develop and drive the execution of the annual field marketing plan to support sales pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, executive dinners, and webinars.
• Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to prioritize and execute marketing requests, ensuring timely handover to the sales team for follow-up.
• Budget Management: Track and manage the field marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor, report on, and analyze key metrics such as pipeline generated, cost per lead, and conversion rates to measure marketing effectiveness.
• Collateral Management: Create and update sales collateral and promotional materials, and manage inventory of branded materials and trade show assets.

Requirements

• SSCE, HND, or OND Certificate
• 2+ years’ experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally in face-to-face customer interactions
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations, and other teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
