Job Summary

Job Title: Bike Rider
Location: Shomolu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
The bike rider will handle the safe, timely, and efficient delivery and collection of company products, documents, materials, and other items. The rider will represent the company professionally when dealing with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, and must handle all assigned items with care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver company products, documents, materials, and packages to clients and designated locations.
• Collect materials, documents, and items from vendors, clients, and other locations as instructed.
• Ensure all deliveries are accurate and made within the required timeframe.
• Confirm delivery addresses and contact persons before setting out.
• Handle all items carefully to prevent damage, loss, or contamination.
• Obtain proof of delivery or proper confirmation for completed assignments.
• Communicate promptly with the Logistics Officer about delivery status, delays, or challenges.
• Keep the assigned motorcycle in good and clean condition.
• Carry out routine checks on the motorcycle and report faults promptly.
• Follow all road safety regulations and company riding policies.
• Keep accurate records of assigned trips, fuel, and other approved expenses.
• Stay professional and courteous with clients and members of the public.
• Keep company property entrusted to the rider secure at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a professional rider.
• Valid motorcycle licence.
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes.
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and safety-conscious.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to use Google Maps or other navigation apps.
• Previous experience working with a company is an advantage

Salary

₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly.
