The 32-room hotel has well-furnished deluxe executive and super executive rooms, plus one- and two-bedroom luxury suites.

Job Title: Hotel Receptionist
Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Hotel Receptionist to join the team at Hotel Capitol.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
• Manage reservations and booking systems.
• Process payments and keep accurate records.
• Address guest concerns and make sure they’re satisfied.

Requirements

• HND or BSc with 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Previous experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (knowledge of hotel booking systems is a plus).
• Able to multitask and stay organized.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Must live close to the work location (Ogba, Agege, Ojota, Ketu, Ojodu Berger, Akute, or Ikeja axis).
