We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketer

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
  • In this role, you’ll be the architect of our online presence, responsible for driving brand awareness, traffic, and conversions across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Design, execute, and monitor integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
  • Content Strategy: Create engaging copy and oversee the production of visual assets for various platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics to track KPIs, provide insights, and optimize ROI.
  • Paid Media: Manage and optimize budgets for PPC (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • SEO/SEM: Perform keyword research and on-page/off-peak optimization to improve organic rankings.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 – 4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house).
  • Certifications: Google Ads or HubSpot certifications are highly preferred.

Other Requirements:

  • Must stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Occasional availability for weekend campaign launches or event coverage.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush or Ahrefs).
  • Analytical: Strong ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable strategies.
  • Creative: Excellent copywriting skills and an eye for high-performing visual content.
  • Soft Skills: Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong project management capabilities.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary: Competitive monthly salary based on experience (typically N780,000 –  N1,200,000).
  • Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) matching; and flexible PTO.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid or remote work options available.
