💰 Salary: ₦220,000 – ₦240,000 Monthly
A growing retail brand is looking for a polite, tech-savvy Female Store Manager to manage customer interactions and support daily store operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, assisting them with product inquiries, orders, and purchase decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend to walk-in customers and assist them with product selection
• Take clients’ purchase orders and forward them to the relevant unit
• Provide helpful product information to support purchasing decisions
• Record and document orders using the POS system
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely order delivery
• Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms
• Carry out other duties assigned by management
Requirements
• Female candidate with good customer service attitude
• HND or BSc in any discipline (or currently pursuing a degree)
• Must reside within the Yaba / Surulere axis in Lagos
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
Experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service
• Experience in interior styling or flower décor is an added advantage
Skills & Abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social platforms
• Strong customer service and problem-solving ability
