Role Overview
- The Secretary will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office documentation and filing systems
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Handle correspondence (emails, letters, calls)
- Maintain records and prepare reports
- Support management and operational staff
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND in a relevant field
- 1–3 years administrative or secretarial experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
