Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning: Develop engaging and effective lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
- Teaching and Instruction: Deliver lessons using diverse methods and resources to foster learning.
- Assessment: Evaluate students’ progress through tests, quizzes, and observations.
- Student Support: Provide tailored support to address individual and group learning needs.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Parent Communication: Update parents on student progress and address concerns.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on educational trends and methodologies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: NCE, HND, B.Sc., or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience: Open to candidates with less than 2 years, 2 to 5 years, 5 to 10 years, or more than 10 years of teaching experience.
- Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Skills: Strong communication, classroom management, and lesson delivery skills.
