We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to help shape the future of fintech experiences across our products.
About the Role
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will lead the creation of intuitive, accessible, and high-quality designs for our financial products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and transform complex fintech workflows into seamless user experiences.
This role requires strong strategic thinking, deep product design expertise, and mastery of modern UX/UI systems.
What You’ll Do

- Define and execute UX/UI strategies aligned with user needs and business goals.

- Lead the full design lifecycle: discovery, research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.

- Conduct advanced user research, usability tests, and A/B experiments.

- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers for smooth implementation.

- Design scalable UI components and contribute to the design system.

- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design.

- Create polished micro-interactions and motion elements.

- Use data-driven insights to refine UX and support business outcomes.

- Mentor junior designers and promote a culture of innovation.

- Stay current with fintech trends and best design practices.
What You Need to Succeed

- 3+ years in senior product design roles, with strong UX expertise.

- Mastery of visual design principles—typography, layouts, color theory.

- Advanced skills in interaction design, IA, and user flows.

- Strong experience designing for mobile and web platforms.

- Understanding of behavioral psychology in design.

- Experience with usability testing, interviews, and heuristic reviews.

- Ability to translate insights into impactful design decisions.

- Familiarity with analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.).

- Proficiency in atomic design and scalable UI systems.

- Experience with motion tools (Lottie, After Effects, Principle).

- Strong mentorship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable in fast-paced agile environments.

- Figma expert: auto layout, tokens, variants, prototypes, and libraries.

- Experience in fintech or SaaS is highly advantageous.
