Marketing Manager – Position Overview
The Marketing Manager leads WellIntel’s external visibility, brand clarity, and strategic growth initiatives. This role ensures that every marketing activity consistently reinforces WellIntel’s core positioning: evidence-based wellness training, assessment, and consulting services grounded in psychological science and organizational research.
This is a flexible position that begins with a three-month trial period, with the opportunity for extension and expanded responsibility based on performance, alignment, and organizational needs.
The Marketing Manager oversees strategic planning, content development and execution, light performance analytics, and partner amplification initiatives. Success in this role requires sound judgment, disciplined messaging, proactive thinking, and the ability to identify emerging marketing opportunities that support company growth.

Main Responsibilities
Brand & Thought Leadership
Lead WellIntel’s digital marketing strategy across priority platforms and channels.
Develop, publish, and manage high-quality content—including social media—aligned with the organization’s evidence-based positioning.
Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
Translate internal expertise in psychological science and organizational research into accessible, engaging communications for diverse audiences.
Maintain and refine core positioning language as the organization evolves, ensuring clarity and relevance in the marketplace.
Partnerships & Relationship Development
Develop digital marketing materials to support partner collaborations, professional engagements, and events.
Coordinate digital amplification campaigns aligned with partner initiatives.
Support outreach to aligned professional networks and associations to expand visibility and credibility.
Maintain an up-to-date library of market-ready service descriptions and topic summaries.
Contribute to relationship-driven growth pathways through strategic digital visibility and public relations efforts.
Audience Insight & Performance
Monitor digital engagement, inbound inquiries, and audience interaction across platforms.
Track lead sources and key performance indicators to assess marketing effectiveness.
Analyze audience response patterns and content performance to identify emerging needs and opportunities.
Conduct periodic performance reviews and recommend data-informed refinements.
Continuously optimize digital marketing efforts to maximize impact and return on investment.
Marketing Systems & Processes
Maintain a structured digital marketing calendar aligned with strategic priorities and consistent content delivery.
Develop repeatable workflows for planning, publishing, and tracking marketing initiatives.
Organize and manage digital assets, including social media libraries and brand materials.
Ensure the website and core digital properties remain current, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.
Document marketing processes to support operational continuity and long-term efficiency.
Strategic Alignment & Sustainable Growth
Align marketing initiatives with the WellIntel marketing playbook, organizational capacity, and service priorities.
Recommend marketing focus areas based on performance data and demonstrated demand.
Pilot controlled digital initiatives where strategically appropriate.
Evaluate emerging marketing opportunities for alignment, scalability, and sustainability.
Contribute to broader strategic planning discussions from a marketing leadership perspective.
Qualifications & Requirements
● Minimum Requirements
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Strong written communication skills with clear, professional tone.
● Experience creating digital content for professional or academic purposes.
● Comfort engaging with digital social platforms, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and
professional digital environments.
● Basic design experience using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
● Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to independently manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
● Reliable internet access and home workspace suitable for remote work.
● Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
● Post-secondary coursework or interest in marketing, communications, business,
psychology, HR, or a related field.
● Exposure to B2B, professional services, or educational environments.
