Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Marketing Officer / Social Media Manager
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the school’s programs and services.
- Manage the school’s social media platforms and improve online engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to boost visibility and admissions.
- Attend relevant educational events and conferences.
- Oversee content creation and digital outreach campaigns.
- Familiarity with website management and digital tools is an advantage.
Minder
- Provide attentive care and supervision for young pupils.
- Support daily routines and learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children.
Cleaner
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of classrooms, offices, and school premises.
- Ensure hygiene standards are consistently met.
- Report any facility issues to the appropriate department.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Security Duties (May Apply Where Relevant)
- Monitor the premises to ensure the safety of staff, students, and visitors.
- Detect and report suspicious activities or security concerns.
- Maintain order and prevent unauthorized access or incidents on school grounds.
General Requirements
- Applicants must be team players with strong communication skills in English.
- Relevant qualifications such as FSLC, SSCE, NCE, OND, HND, B.A., B.Ed., or B.Sc. are accepted.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Candidates should be responsible, professional, and committed to supporting a child-centered learning environment.
