Job Summary:
We are hiring Van Sales Representatives (VSRs) to join our dynamic sales team in Rivers State. The ideal candidates will be proactive, target-driven, and responsible for selling and delivering products, maintaining route coverage, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a company sales van within the assigned territory (Port Harcourt).
- Sell and distribute products to retailers, supermarkets, and various outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor van stock levels and maintain an optimal product mix.
- Collect payments and issue accurate receipts.
- Keep detailed records of sales, deliveries, and customer feedback.
- Ensure proper product merchandising at customer locations.
- Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG or route-to-market sales preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and other relevant driving documentation.
- Good knowledge of Port Harcourt road network and environs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Honest, reliable, and goal-oriented.
