Job Summary
The Test Centre Administrator will oversee the efficient operation of IELTS test delivery in the assigned region, ensuring compliance with international standards, exceptional customer service, and adherence to operational, administrative, and financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer experience before, during, and after IELTS testing.
- Ensure all test staff demonstrate cultural sensitivity.
- Provide accurate responses to general inquiries and refer complex queries appropriately.
- Foster strong relationships with other IELTS Test Administrators in the region.
Business Administration
- Coordinate all planning aspects of IELTS test operations in the assigned region.
- Manage test budgets, including revenue and cost controls.
- Provide timely financial and management reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends and support candidate targeting.
- Monitor test day capacity to meet demand.
Quality & Test Integrity
- Conduct independent audits of test centres and submit documented feedback.
- Ensure compliance with IELTS procedures for both centre and offsite testing.
- Monitor examiner policies in line with PSN procedures.
- Support policy implementation and draft/manage contracts and invoices.
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day test centre operations including materials, results, and reporting.
- Recruit, train, and manage examiners in line with PSN guidelines.
- Supervise clerical marking, enquiry on results, and verification services.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget according to annual goals.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support stakeholder satisfaction and uphold test integrity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Experience in client management and financial administration.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and organizational levels.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience with IELTS (highly desirable).
- Background in international education or testing services.
- Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications.
