Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and experienced Robotics Instructors to lead creative, hands-on digital skills training sessions for learners aged 5–17. Instruction will be delivered both online and onsite in Port Harcourt.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in robotics and related tech fields to young learners.
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Record and upload course content to our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Create supporting resources such as videos, slides, quizzes, and interactive projects.
- Encourage project-based learning that fosters innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Provide personalized feedback and ongoing support to students.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers and other instructors to maintain teaching standards.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and educational best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or diploma (BSc, HND, OND) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching children or teens in educational or tech programs.
- Solid understanding of robotics concepts and instructional methodologies.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Canva.
Technical Requirements
- Knowledge of Arduino, block-based robotics kits, and basic electronics.
- Access to a reliable laptop and high-quality webcam.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (OBS, Loom, Canva, Zoom).
- Stable internet connection and quiet teaching environment (for remote roles).
