Job Summary

We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage sales efforts in the Port Harcourt region. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership qualities, and the drive to deliver aggressive sales targets. This role plays a critical part in driving market development, optimizing distribution networks, and leading high-performing teams to exceed business goals.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust regional sales plan aligned with company distribution strategy.
  • Set and monitor quarterly revenue targets and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Track and manage performance, implementing corrective actions when needed.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional sales and distribution operations, ensuring field activities align with plans.
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop counterstrategies to maintain market share.
  • Build strong distributor relationships and respond to on-ground sales needs.

Organizational Leadership:

  • Inspire and support regional sales teams, fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Plan training programs and development initiatives for team capability building.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • MBA with 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in sales and distribution.
  • Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of regional markets, geography, and customer dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills.
