Job Summary
PNL is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee large-scale industrial construction projects in the Oil & Gas sector. The role is based in Port Harcourt and offers a long-term career opportunity with a leading international firm.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle, from planning through to handover.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in line with client and company objectives.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and HSE functions.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Act as the main liaison with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Report regularly to senior management on project status, challenges, and performance metrics.
- Ensure full compliance with contracts and industry standards.
- Champion a safety-first culture across all project sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 8–10 years’ experience managing large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the Oil & Gas or industrial construction sector.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel and work on project sites across Nigeria.
