Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team in the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and optimize processes for efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with different departments to enhance productivity.
- Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring timely completion and quality compliance.
- Prepare and submit operational reports with insights and recommendations.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of operational activities.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
✔ Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations within the oil and gas sector.
✔ Strong knowledge of industry regulations, HSE policies, and best practices.
✔ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP systems and operational data analysis.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
