We are looking for a qualified and diligent Medical Laboratory Technician to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will support lab operations, assist in conducting diagnostic tests, ensure the accuracy of test results, and comply with all laboratory standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the collection of patient specimens, including blood and urine samples, following proper procedures
- Support Medical Laboratory Scientists in preparing specimens for analysis
- Perform routine quality control checks on laboratory instruments and reagents
- Accurately record, interpret, and report test results to physicians
- Maintain strict adherence to lab safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Handle hazardous materials responsibly and keep the lab environment clean and organized
- Participate in stock-taking and inventory management of lab supplies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support effective patient care
Requirements
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited institution
- Registration with the Medical Laboratory Council of Nigeria (MLCN)
- Valid practicing license
- Additional certifications or training are a plus
