Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Dispatch Rider to join our delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for timely delivery of orders, running office errands, and assisting with order processing when not on dispatch duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders promptly and professionally.
- Run errands as required by the office.
- Assist the order processing team when not on delivery assignments.
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on the delivery bike.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate).
- Proven ability to ride a motorcycle and possession of a valid rider’s card.
- Good knowledge of Port Harcourt roads.
- Must reside near Eliozu, Port Harcourt.
- Physically fit and ready to work in all weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to read and write in English.
- Excellent customer service skills and polite demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance is an added advantage.
- Must maintain personal hygiene and appear presentable.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Must provide two guarantors.
