Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Officers to manage client inquiries and provide prompt, professional support across phone, email, and chat platforms. The role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Job Title: Customer Service Officer (Onsite)
Locations: Benin (Edo State) & Port Harcourt (Rivers State)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve technical or service-related issues, escalating where necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and policies.
- Log all interactions in the CRM system with clear, detailed documentation.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow up to confirm issue resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to support materials like FAQs.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Working Conditions
- Full-time, onsite role (may include evenings or weekends).
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
- Remote work option subject to company policy.
Salary
₦120,000 – ₦180,000 monthly
