Job Summary
As a Relationship Manager, you will be part of the sales team responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, driving product sales, and meeting deposit and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor for clients.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
- Drive product sales through cross-selling and upselling.
- Source clients for savings, current, and fixed deposit accounts.
- Achieve deposit and credit targets by developing quality risk assets.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor performance, report marketing activities, and meet targets.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience in sales and credit.
- Must currently hold a similar role as a full-time bank staff.
- Proficiency in credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and banking operations.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset.
