Job Title: Asset Managment Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
Oversee the organization’s asset portfolio by evaluating performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risks, conducting analysis, and optimizing asset utilization. Collaborate with finance, legal, and operational teams to maintain and maximize asset value.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate asset performance.
- Manage asset allocation and investments.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and manage risks.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
- Optimize asset maintenance and utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- 2–5 years experience in asset management, finance, or real estate.
- Proficiency in asset management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Knowledge of financial markets and portfolio management.
- CFA or FRM are advantageous.
